GOVERNING LAW AND CONSENT TO JURISDICTION
By accessing this site you agree these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. You agree to consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Connecticut in any dispute concerning any provision of this Agreement.

PARTICIPANT LIABILITY AND RELEASE WAIVER

By voluntarily participating in any Imagine Yoga class, session, playshop, or other service I agree to the participant terms of this agreement including the acknowledgements below:

As a participant in sessions, classes, playshops, online materials, and events offered by IMAGINE YOGA during which I will receive information and suggestions about yoga, reiki, movement, meditation, wellness and health; I recognize that the activities I participate in at IMAGINE YOGA require physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause aggravated physical injury, and I am fully aware of and willingly assume the risk and hazards involved.

I understand that it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my participation in any of the classes, programs, playshops, online materials, and events at IMAGINE YOGA. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in these activities.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the classes, sessions, playshops, and events at IMAGINE YOGA, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risk, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participation in the activity. I agree to inform my instructors of any physical limitations, discomfort and or injuries before or during classes and I take full responsibility for my own actions and my own limitations.

I understand that IMAGINE YOGA and its instructors, partners, owners and employees are not medical professionals and any reference to ‘healing’ is intended to relax the mind, as opposed to literal healing of the body. 

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the classes, sessions, playshops, and events at IMAGINE YOGA, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive, renounce and disclaim any claim I have or may have against IMAGINE YOGA, its instructors, contractors, directors, partners, owners, and employees for loss, theft or damage of any personal property from the IMAGINE YOGA premises, for injuries or damages that I may sustain within the IMAGINE YOGA facility, and/or for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the classes, programs, workshops, and events at IMAGINE YOGA. I forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue IMAGINE YOGA for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts that are not intended to harm me.

PHOTO, IMAGE, CONTENT RELEASE
Any submissions to this website in either text or image form may be reproduced by IMAGINE YOGA for use on this site. I grant to IMAGINE YOGA, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and videos of me and my property in connection with my participation in IMAGINE YOGA classes and programs. I authorize IMAGINE YOGA, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that IMAGINE YOGA may use such photographs and videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I hereby waive the right to receive any payment for signing this release and waive the right to receive any payment for IMAGINE YOGA’S use of any of the material described above for any of the purposes authorized by this release.

We may collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
